A few key callouts from our experience working him: No surprises - The quote that Rob provided us was super detailed such that we had a comprehensive view of the sauna design and the resulting costs upfront. No surprises. No headaches - Because our plans called for building the sauna some 40 steps from the shore of Cayuga Lake, regulations required amendments that Rob both consulted us on and handled directly with local code enforcement. No headaches. Flexibility - A quarter of the way through the sauna build, we realized that we wanted to add a landing with a set of steps wider than the original design.
