No surprises. No headaches - Because our plans called for building the sauna some 40 steps from the shore of Cayuga Lake, regulations required amendments that Rob both consulted us on and handled directly with local code enforcement. No headaches. Flexibility - A quarter of the way through the sauna build, we realized that we wanted to add a landing with a set of steps wider than the original design.
